These terms apply to all lessons booked with Aim High Driving School. By booking and attending lessons, you agree to the following:
Lessons are arranged in advance and are subject to availability. Lesson duration is typically 1 or 2 hours unless otherwise agreed.
Pupils must provide a valid UK provisional or full driving licence before their first lesson.
Payment for individual lessons is required in advance or at the time of the lesson.
Block bookings must be paid in full before lessons commence.
Aim High Driving School reserves the right to adjust lesson prices. Any lessons already paid for will be honoured at the agreed rate.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full lesson rate.
Failure to attend a lesson without notice will result in the full fee being charged.
If a pupil is late, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time.
Block bookings are non-transferable and must be used by the named pupil only.
All block bookings must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Unused lessons may be forfeited after the expiry period.
Refunds for unused lessons may be issued at the instructor's discretion.
Any refund will be calculated at the standard hourly rate, not the discounted block booking rate.
No refunds will be given for lessons already taken.
Lessons may be cancelled or rearranged by the instructor due to illness, vehicle issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, an alternative lesson will be offered.
Pupils must ensure they are fit to drive at the time of the lesson.
Lessons will not take place if a pupil is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication affecting their ability to drive. In such cases, the lesson fee may still be charged.
Use of the instructor's vehicle for a driving test is subject to instructor approval. The instructor reserves the right to refuse use of the vehicle if the pupil is not considered test ready.
For safety, security, and insurance purposes, Aim High Driving School uses dash cameras that record both inside and outside the vehicle during lessons.
Footage is recorded on a loop system and is not permanently stored. Recordings are automatically overwritten after a short period unless required for an incident, insurance claim, or dispute.
Where a pupil has provided written consent for videos or images to be used for promotional or social media purposes, Aim High Driving School may use such content for marketing.
If a pupil later withdraws consent, this will apply to future use of recordings only. Aim High Driving School will make reasonable efforts to remove content where possible but cannot guarantee removal of content already published on third-party platforms.
Aim High Driving School is not responsible for driving test cancellations, delays, or changes made by the DVSA.
By booking and attending lessons, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
